Responsible for developing and implementing all labor management solutions for the Latin America/Caribbean Division Customer Service Call Centers. Recipient of Kronos 2003 Best Practice Award for converting their platform into a Multi-National Labor Strategy. Human Resources and Payroll Subject Matter Expert on a consultant team that was developing a web-enabled payroll/HR system to outsource in a service bureau environment. Team Leader in testing and developing of QA and Beta strategies. Created marketing guidelines as well as internal procedures for implementing external customers. Responsible for multiple project tasks with varying deadlines and team members. Subject Matter Expert on Labor Laws and Employee Relations. Virtual employee of Atlanta-based office. ·         1997-2001               Automatic Data Processing (ADP)       Miami, FL

System Consultant

Regional advisor to a sales staff of over 80 people on all topics, to include payroll, taxes, human resources, labor trends, labor laws, and ADP AutoPay solutions. Responsible for the rollout, implementation, and client/associate training on new products and platforms. Provided valuable sales support in the field to upper market clients and prospects. Created and conducted seminars for clients and employees on major software programs related to Human Resources, Payroll, and Labor Laws. Created and conducted a 12-week training course for new sales associates to familiarize them with the ADP Payroll and HR solutions, as well as current Labor trends and Laws. Responsible for all MIS functions, such as MS Outlook migration, computer support, and software application support. Four months as Operations Project Manager for ADP TotalSource, the PEO division of ADP. One year as an Account Executive converting large corporate accounts to the ADP payroll and HR systems by conducting intensive on-site interviews with new clients. Created and rolled out various import/export programs for client systems utilizing ASCII file formats. Specialized in all software platforms, to include Report Smith, HR Profile, E-Time Timeclocks. Responsible for entire implementation process to include training, billing, and usage.
